The first tornado was recorded by Verne Carlson, on March 7 2009, in Hutchinson, Kansas, followed by video streams of sightings by Paul Austin on April 10, in Cusseta, Georgia, and David Drummond and Ben Holcomb on April 29, in Cedar Hill, Texas, of the TornadoVideos.net network.
